Flat grass, concrete, or asphalt. No steep slopes, gravel, or sharp objects under the bounce area.
A clear pathway at least 4 feet wide for our crew to bring equipment through — gate access or side yard works great.
We cannot operate in rain, high winds (20+ mph), or lightning. We will work with you to reschedule at no charge.
We arrive 20–30 minutes before your event start time. Please have the area clear and accessible when we pull up.
