By using the Party Game Truck website at www.partygametruck.com or booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Services

Party Game Truck provides mobile game truck party rentals and entertainment services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Party Game Truck.

Bookings and Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure your booking date. Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless Party Game Truck cancels the event.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of the event before services begin.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event forfeit the deposit.

SMS Text Message Terms

By providing your phone number when submitting a booking inquiry, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages from Party Game Truck regarding your booking, including confirmations, reminders, and event updates.

• Message frequency: Up to 5 messages per booking
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time
• For help: Reply HELP or call (877) 399-1997
• We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes

Liability

Party Game Truck is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions. All participants must follow the rules provided by the Party Game Truck operator at the event.

Weather and Cancellations

In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, Party Game Truck reserves the right to reschedule events. We will work with clients to find a suitable alternative date.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
