Why do water slides require 30 days advance booking?
Water slides require 30-day advance booking to guarantee availability and allow our team to schedule, inspect, and prepare your slide so everything is perfect on event day. Weekend dates fill fast — the earlier you book, the better your selection.
Why is a 50% deposit required?
The 50% deposit secures your date and reserves your slide. We're unable to hold dates without a deposit as our inventory books quickly. Once your deposit is paid, your date is fully locked in and no one else can take it.
What's the refund policy if I cancel?
Cancellations made more than 21 days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 14–21 days prior receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. We're happy to reschedule at no charge if weather prevents the event.
What do I need to provide?
You need a standard garden hose connection within 50 feet of the setup area, a 20 amp power outlet for the blower, and a flat grassy area at least 40×40 ft (varies by slide). We'll go over all requirements when you book.
How many kids can use the slide at once?
Single lane slides hold 1 rider at a time at the top, with a queue. Most slides can comfortably handle 10–20 kids per hour depending on age and size. Double lane slides handle double the throughput. Our Game Coach will manage the queue if you add that service.
Can I combine a water slide with the game truck?
Absolutely — and we recommend it! Add a water slide to any game truck package for the ultimate party. You automatically receive 5% off your entire order when you bundle services. Call 877-399-1997 to build your custom combo.
What if it rains on my event day?
We monitor weather closely. If severe weather prevents safe use of the slide, we'll work with you to reschedule at no additional charge. Light rain typically doesn't affect water slide events. We'll always put safety first.
How early do you arrive for setup?
We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your event start time to complete setup, inflate the slide, test the water connection, and do the safety walkthrough. Pickup is arranged for the agreed end time — usually within 60 minutes after your event concludes.
